For accurate results, sample concentrations must be diluted to mid-range of the kit. If you require a specific range, please contact us in advance or write your request in your order comments. Please note that our ELISA and CLIA kits are optimised for detection of native samples, rather than recombinant proteins. We are unable to guarantee detection of recombinant proteins, as they may have different sequences or tertiary structures to the native protein. |
Descripción
STAP1 is an SH2 domain-containing adaptor protein that regulates cytokine receptor and tyrosine kinase signaling pathways. It interacts with proteins like c-Kit and Jak kinases to mediate downstream activation of signaling cascades such as MAPK, PI3K/Akt, and STAT pathways, influencing cellular proliferation, survival, and differentiation. STAP1 is expressed in hematopoietic and immune cells, where it modulates cytokine responses, immune cell activation, and differentiation. Dysregulation of STAP1 has been linked to immune dysfunction, leukemia, and certain inflammatory disorders due to its role in promoting cytokine-mediated signaling and hematopoietic regulation. Knockdown studies demonstrate impaired cytokine signaling, reduced proliferation, and abnormal immune responses, highlighting its role in fine-tuning signaling pathways during immune regulation and hematopoiesis.

Stress-Induced-Phosphoprotein 1 (STIP1) Antibody
STIP1 Antibody is a Rabbit Polyclonal antibody against STIP1. STIP1 is an adaptor protein that coordinates the functions of HSP70 (see HSPA1A; MIM 140550) and HSP90 (see HSP90AA1; MIM 140571) in protein folding. It is thought to assist in the transfer of proteins from HSP70 to HSP90 by binding both HSP90 and substrate-bound HSP70. STIP1 also stimulates the ATPase activity of HSP70 and inhibits the ATPase activity of HSP90, suggesting that it regulates both the conformations and ATPase cycles of these chaperones (Song and Masison, 2005 [PubMed 16100115]).
