Form
Lyophilized To keep the original salt concentration, we recommend reconstituting to the original concentration prior to lyophilization (see Concentration) in ddH2O. If a lower concentration is required, dilute in 20 mM Tris, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0. If a higher concentration is required, the product can be reconstituted directly in 20 mM Tris, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0, though please note that this will change the overall salt concentration. The stock concentration should be between 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. Do not vortex.

Descripción

Interleukin 31 (IL31) is a cytokine belonging to the IL-6 cytokine family that plays a central role in the regulation of immune responses and is heavily implicated in inflammatory processes, particularly in chronic pruritic (itching) skin disorders. IL-31 is primarily produced by activated T helper 2 (Th2) cells, a subset of T cells involved in allergic responses and the regulation of immune responses to extracellular pathogens. IL-31 was discovered as a cytokine that can link the immune system with the nervous system, particularly in the skin, where it triggers pruritus and inflammatory responses. The IL-31 receptor is widely expressed, being found on keratinocytes, fibroblasts, epithelial cells, and immune cells, which suggests its involvement in skin and tissue homeostasis

Interleukin-31(IL-31) is a newly discovered four-helix bundle cytokine and expressed by several types of cells under both normal and disease state, such as activated CD4+T cells, mast cells, monocytes, macrophages, immature and mature monocyte-derived dendritic cells and so on. IL-31 signals through a heterodimeric receptor complex consisting of the IL31 receptor alpha(IL31Rα) and the oncostatin
