P2Y Purinoceptor 10 (P2RY10) Antibody

Por favor contáctenos para obtener información detallada sobre el precio y disponibilidad.
Description
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the family of G-protein coupled receptors, that are preferentially activated by adenosine and uridine nucleotides. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein isoform have been found for this gene.

Descripción
P2RY10 is a G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) within the P2Y family, classified as an orphan receptor due to the uncertainty surrounding its endogenous ligand. It is suspected to respond to lysophospholipids like lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) or sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P), contributing to lipid signaling. P2RY10 is expressed in immune cells, including lymphocytes and tissues involved in the immune response, where it regulates cell migration, inflammation, and lymphocyte development. It has also been linked to roles in lipid metabolism and cellular signaling during tissue repair and immune activation. Dysregulation of P2RY10 has been associated with immune system disorders, such as autoimmune diseases, and it may also play a role in cancer progression due to its involvement in cell migration and proliferation. P2RY10 remains an emerging therapeutic target as its function becomes better understood, particularly in inflammation, immune regulation, and lipid signaling pathways.
