NoteValidity: The validity for this kit is 6 months. This product is for research use only. The range and sensitivity is subject to change. Please contact us for the latest product information. For accurate results, sample concentrations must be diluted to mid-range of the kit. If you require a specific range, please contact us in advance or write your request in your order comments. Please note that our ELISA and CLIA kits are optimised for detection of native samples, rather than recombinant proteins. We are unable to guarantee detection of recombinant proteins, as they may have different sequences or tertiary structures to the native protein.

Descripción

Retinoid X receptor gamma (RXRG) is another retinoid X receptor involved in regulating gene expression and cellular processes in response to retinoids RXRG shares many of the functions of RXRA and RXRB but is particularly involved in regulating genes related to energy metabolism, cell differentiation, and inflammation RXRG plays a key role in the regulation of lipid metabolism, glucose homeostasis, and the response to oxidative stress It is expressed in tissues such as adipose tissue, skeletal muscle, and the liver, where it helps control the transcription of genes involved in fat storage and energy utilization RXRG is also involved in regulating immune function and inflammation, particularly in the context of autoimmune diseases and inflammatory disorders Dysregulation of RXRG is associated with metabolic diseases like obesity, diabetes, and fatty liver disease, as well as certain cancers Its involvement in immune regulation and metabolic pathways makes RXRG a critical factor in maintaining overall homeostasis RXRG represents a potential therapeutic target for treating metabolic and inflammatory diseases, as well as cancers, by modulating its role in lipid metabolism, inflammation, and cell differentiation

anti- RXRG antibody

Receptor for retinoic acid. Retinoic acid receptors bind as heterodimers to their target response elements in response to their ligands, all-trans or 9-cis retinoic acid, and regulate gene expression in various biological processes. The RAR/RXR heterodimers bind to the retinoic acid response elements(RARE) composed of tandem 5'-AGGTCA-3' sites known as DR1-DR5. The high affinity ligand for RXRs is 9-cis retinoic acid(By similarity).
