To keep the original salt concentration, we recommend reconstituting to the original concentration prior to lyophilization (see Concentration) in ddH2O. If a lower concentration is required, dilute in PBS, pH 7.4. If a higher concentration is required, the product can be reconstituted directly in PBS, pH 7.4, though please note that this will change the overall salt concentration. The stock concentration should be between 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. Do not vortex.

Nucleoporin 107 (NUP107) is an integral part of the nuclear pore complex, where it plays a crucial role in the assembly and function of the pore NUP107 interacts with other nucleoporins to form the central scaffold of the pore, contributing to the selective passage of molecules, such as RNA and proteins, between the nucleus and cytoplasm NUP107 is also involved in the regulation of the cell cycle and DNA repair by ensuring proper nuclear-cytoplasmic exchange of cell cycle regulators and repair proteins Its function is critical for maintaining cellular homeostasis, as defects in nucleocytoplasmic transport can lead to diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders Dysregulation of NUP107 has been linked to increased susceptibility to genetic instability, tumor formation, and poor prognosis in several cancers Additionally, NUP107 plays a role in the maintenance of the nuclear envelope, supporting nuclear structure and stability during cell division
