Note | Validity: The validity for this kit is 6 months. This product is for research use only. The range and sensitivity is subject to change. Please contact us for the latest product information. For accurate results, sample concentrations must be diluted to mid-range of the kit. If you require a specific range, please contact us in advance or write your request in your order comments. Please note that our ELISA and CLIA kits are optimised for detection of native samples, rather than recombinant proteins. We are unable to guarantee detection of recombinant proteins, as they may have different sequences or tertiary structures to the native protein. |
Descripción
Fc Receptor Like 1 (FCRL1) is a transmembrane protein expressed primarily on B cells and is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. It plays a role in regulating B cell activation and immune responses. The cytoplasmic domain of FCRL1 contains both immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motifs (ITAMs) and immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs (ITIMs), suggesting it can transmit both activating and inhibitory signals. Dysregulation of FCRL1 expression has been associated with autoimmune conditions like systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), indicating its importance in immune tolerance and balance.

Fc Receptor-Like Protein 1 (FCRL1) Antibody
This gene encodes a member of the immunoglobulin receptor superfamily and is one of several Fc receptor-like glycoproteins clustered on the long arm of chromosome 1. The encoded protein contains three extracellular C2-like immunoglobulin domains, a transmembrane domain and a cytoplasmic domain with two immunoreceptor-tyrosine activation motifs. This protein may play a role in the regulation of cancer cell growth. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
