Form
Lyophilized To keep the original salt concentration, we recommend reconstituting to the original concentration prior to lyophilization (see Concentration) in ddH2O. If a lower concentration is required, dilute in PBS, pH 7.4. If a higher concentration is required, the product can be reconstituted directly in PBS, pH 7.4, though please note that this will change the overall salt concentration. The stock concentration should be between 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. Do not vortex.
Tested Applications
WB, SDS-PAGE
Buffer
Prior to lyophilization: PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.01% Sarcosyl, 1 mM DTT, 5% Trehalose and Proclin-300.

Descripción

RAB37, member RAS oncogene family (RAB37) is a small GTPase involved in intracellular vesicular trafficking, particularly in the regulation of endocytosis and exocytosis RAB37 plays a crucial role in the sorting and recycling of proteins between different cellular compartments, ensuring that membrane-bound proteins, lipids, and other cargo are correctly processed and directed to their destinations This function is essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis, signal transduction, and membrane dynamics Additionally, RAB37 has been shown to play a role in autophagy, the process of degrading and recycling damaged or unnecessary cellular components to maintain cellular health Its dysfunction can contribute to several pathologies, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases, where impaired vesicular trafficking leads to dysregulated cellular signaling and protein accumulation, contributing to disease progression
