DENN domain containing 6A (DENND6A) is a member of the DENN domain family, acting as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for Rab GTPases, specifically Rab14. This activity is essential for processes like endocytic recycling of plasma membrane proteins, intracellular signaling, and maintenance of epithelial cell polarity.
