Form | Lyophilized To keep the original salt concentration, we recommend reconstituting to the original concentration prior to lyophilization (see Concentration) in ddH2O. If a lower concentration is required, dilute in PBS, pH 7.4. If a higher concentration is required, the product can be reconstituted directly in PBS, pH 7.4, though please note that this will change the overall salt concentration. The stock concentration should be between 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. Do not vortex. |

Descripción
ATP-binding cassette subfamily C member 10 (ABCC10), also known as multidrug resistance-associated protein 7 (MRP7), is part of the ABC transporter family involved in ATP-dependent efflux of endogenous and exogenous compounds across cellular membranes. ABCC10 plays a role in multidrug resistance by transporting chemotherapeutic agents such as taxanes and nucleoside analogs. It is widely expressed in various tissues, including the liver, lungs, and intestines, contributing to detoxification and xenobiotic metabolism. The protein contains two transmembrane domains and two nucleotide-binding domains, characteristic of ABC transporters. Dysregulation or overexpression of ABCC10 is associated with cancer drug resistance and altered pharmacokinetics of therapeutic agents.
