The range and sensitivity is subject to change. Please contact us for the latest product information. For accurate results, sample concentrations must be diluted to mid-range of the kit. If you require a specific range, please contact us in advance or write your request in your order comments. Please note that our ELISA and CLIA kits are optimised for detection of native samples, rather than recombinant proteins. We are unable to guarantee detection of recombinant proteins, as they may have different sequences or tertiary structures to the native protein. |
Descripción
ANKRD12 is a nuclear protein containing multiple ankyrin repeat domains that mediate protein-protein interactions, particularly in transcriptional regulation and signaling pathways. ANKRD12 has been shown to interact with nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) signaling components, influencing inflammatory responses, apoptosis, and immune regulation. It also participates in modulating transcription factor activity and chromatin organization, affecting gene expression patterns during development and cellular stress responses. Emerging studies suggest that ANKRD12 is involved in tumorigenesis, where its dysregulation promotes aberrant cell proliferation and survival. ANKRD12’s role as a transcriptional co-regulator and its interaction with key signaling pathways position it as an important factor in both normal cellular function and disease progression, including cancer and inflammatory disorders.
