Alpha-Protein Kinase 3 (ALPK3) Antibody

Background

ALPK3 is an alpha-protein kinase involved in critical cellular processes, including cardiac development, sarcomere organization, and metabolic signaling. It is highly expressed in cardiac and skeletal muscle tissues, where it regulates protein phosphorylation necessary for proper contractile function and muscle structure. Mutations in ALPK3 are associated with cardiomyopathies, including dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), due to defects in sarcomere assembly and signaling pathways.
