Description
Uric Acid Assay Kit is an assay kit designed for the detection and quantification of Uric Acid concentrations in serum, plasma and urine using a microplate reader. Uric Acid in protein-free filtrate reduces phosphotungstic acid to form tungsten blue, allantoin and carbon dioxide. The intensity of the blue color is proportional to the concentration of uric acid. Uric acid concentrations can be calculated by measuring the OD value at 690 nm.
