Description
Defects in the Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK) gene cause A gamma globulinemia. A gamma globulinemia is an X-linked immunodeficiency characterized by failure to produce mature B lymphocyte cells and associated with a failure of Ig heavy chain rearrangement. [provided by RefSeq].
