Description
Thiol Assay Kit is an assay kit designed for the detection and quantification of Thiol concentrations in serum, plasma and tissue homogenates using a microplate reader. Sulfhydryl compounds react with 5,5'-dithiobis(2-nitrobenzoic acid) under neutral or alkaline conditions to produce a yellow product which has a maximum absorption peak at 412 nm.
