Hydrolyzes purine nucleotide phosphoramidates with a single phosphate group, including adenosine 5'monophosphoramidate(AMP-NH2), adenosine 5'monophosphomorpholidate(AMP-morpholidate) and guanosine 5'monophosphomorpholidate(GMP-morpholidate).
