Recombinant Human APPL2

Background

APPL2 (Phosphotyrosine Interacting with PH Domain and Leucine Zipper 2) is another member of the APPL protein family, similar to APPL1. Like APPL1, APPL2 also contains a pleckstrin homology (PH) domain and a leucine zipper, enabling it to interact with phosphotyrosine-containing proteins.
