For accurate results, sample concentrations must be diluted to mid-range of the kit. If you require a specific range, please contact us in advance or write your request in your order comments. Please note that our ELISA and CLIA kits are optimised for detection of native samples, rather than recombinant proteins. We are unable to guarantee detection of recombinant proteins, as they may have different sequences or tertiary structures to the native protein. |
Descripción
Nuclear receptor subfamily 2 group C member 2 (NR2C2), also known as TR4, is a nuclear receptor involved in regulating various biological processes, including development, metabolism, and cellular differentiation NR2C2 functions by binding to specific DNA sequences, known as hormone response elements (HREs), and modulating the transcription of genes involved in processes like cell cycle regulation, lipid metabolism, and gene expression NR2C2 is expressed in tissues such as the liver, heart, and brain, where it contributes to the regulation of metabolic processes and cellular growth During development, NR2C2 plays a role in the regulation of neuronal differentiation and the development of the central nervous system Dysregulation of NR2C2 has been linked to disorders such as cancer, where its altered expression may influence tumor growth and metastasis In addition, NR2C2 is involved in regulating the immune system, and its dysfunction can lead to conditions like autoimmune diseases and inflammatory disorders, highlighting its importance in maintaining cellular and systemic homeostasis

NR2C2 antibody
Orphan nuclear receptor that can act as a repressor or activator of transcription. An important repressor of nuclear receptor signaling pathways such as retinoic acid receptor, retinoid X, vitamin D3 receptor, thyroid hormone receptor and estrogen receptor pathways. May regulate gene expression during the late phase of spermatogenesis. Together with NR2C1, forms the core of the DRED(direct repeat erythroid-definitive) complex that represses embryonic and fetal globin transcription including that of GATA1. Binds to hormone response elements(HREs) consisting of two 5'-AGGTCA-3' half site direct repeat consensus sequences. Plays a fundamental role in early embryonic development and embryonic stem cells. Required for normal spermatogenesis and cerebellum development. Appears to be important for neurodevelopmentally regulated behavior(By similarity). Activates transcriptional activity of LHCG. Antagonist of PPARA-mediated transactivation.
