Descripción
CD300LG, also known as CD300 molecule-like family member G, is a protein encoded by the CD300LG gene located on chromosome 17 in humans. It belongs to the CD300 family of molecules, which are a subset of the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily. These proteins play significant roles in the immune system, particularly in regulating cell adhesion and immune responses. CD300LG is primarily expressed on endothelial cells lining blood vessels and is involved in leukocyte trafficking, which is critical for immune surveillance and response to inflammation.
