Description
A protein kinase of the STE20 family. Critical effector linking RhoGTPases to cytoskeleton reorganization and nuclear signaling. Activated by proteolytic cleavage during caspase-mediated apoptosis, and may play a role in regulating the apoptotic events in the dying cell.
