Description
Non-esterified Free Fatty Acids (NEFA) Assay Kit is an assay kit for the detection and quantification of Non-esterified Free Fatty Acids (NEFA) concentrations in serum, animal tissue homogenates and cell lysates using a spectrophotometer. Under the condition of weak acidity, non-esterified free fatty acids (NEFA) react with nantokite to form copper soap, which has a specific absorption peak at 715nm. The content of NEFA can be calculated by measuring the OD value at 715 nm.
