Description
NdeI is expressed and purified fro E. coli that carries the recombinant Ndel gene. The reaction is conducted ffor 5-10 minutes at 37 °C, and heat-inactivated at 65 °C for 30 minutes. The enzyme is not sensitive to dam, dcm or mammalian CpG methylation.
