Matrix Remodeling Associated 7 (MXRA7) is a member of the MXRA protein family, which is implicated in the remodeling and maintenance of the extracellular matrix (ECM). MXRA7 is involved in regulating cell-matrix interactions, tissue repair, and inflammatory responses. It plays a role in modulating the balance between ECM synthesis and degradation, which is crucial for maintaining tissue homeostasis and responding to injury.
