Note | Validity: The validity for this kit is 6 months. This product is for research use only. The range and sensitivity is subject to change. Please contact us for the latest product information. For accurate results, sample concentrations must be diluted to mid-range of the kit. If you require a specific range, please contact us in advance or write your request in your order comments. Please note that our ELISA and CLIA kits are optimised for detection of native samples, rather than recombinant proteins. We are unable to guarantee detection of recombinant proteins, as they may have different sequences or tertiary structures to the native protein. |
Descripción
LRRC69 is a leucine-rich repeat-containing protein that likely functions in protein-protein interactions, cellular signaling, and structural organization, although its precise biological roles remain under investigation. Its leucine-rich repeats (LRRs) enable LRRC69 to interact with other signaling proteins and components of the extracellular matrix, suggesting roles in cellular adhesion, migration, and immune regulation. LRRC69 is expressed in tissues involved in mechanical and immune responses, including epithelial and immune cells, where it may regulate processes like cell communication and structural stability. Emerging evidence suggests that LRRC69 contributes to cellular responses to environmental cues, including tissue remodeling and immune activation. Dysregulation of LRRC69 has been associated with altered cellular integrity and signaling defects, contributing to conditions such as inflammation and cancer progression. Functional studies are ongoing, but its structural features and expression profile highlight its role in facilitating protein networks and maintaining cellular homeostasis.
