Mouse Annexin A11 (ANXA11) ELISA Kit is an ELISA Kit for the in vitro quantitative measurement of Mouse Annexin A11 concentrations in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids.
ANXA11 is a multifunctional protein involved in calcium signaling, RNA transport, and cell cycle regulation. It plays an important role in nuclear-cytoplasmic transport by binding RNA and contributing to the assembly of RNA granules. ANXA11 is also critical for cytokinesis, ensuring proper cell division by localizing to the midbody during the final stages of mitosis. Mutations in ANXA11 have been linked to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), where defects in RNA transport and protein aggregation contribute to neurodegeneration. Dysregulation of ANXA11 has also been implicated in autoimmune diseases and cancer progression. Its diverse roles in RNA metabolism, calcium signaling, and cytokinesis make ANXA11 essential for cellular homeostasis and division.

This product is for research use only.

The range and sensitivity is subject to change. Please contact us for the latest product information. For accurate results, sample concentrations must be diluted to mid-range of the kit. If you require a specific range, please contact us in advance or write your request in your order comments.

Please note that our ELISA and CLIA kits are optimised for detection of native samples, rather than recombinant proteins. We are unable to guarantee detection of recombinant proteins, as they may have different sequences or tertiary structures to the native protein.
