Background

Kalirin RhoGEF Kinase (KALRN) is a multifunctional protein that acts as a Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor (RhoGEF), playing a critical role in regulating cytoskeletal dynamics, neuronal development, and synaptic plasticity.
