For accurate results, sample concentrations must be diluted to mid-range of the kit. If you require a specific range, please contact us in advance or write your request in your order comments. Please note that our ELISA and CLIA kits are optimised for detection of native samples, rather than recombinant proteins. We are unable to guarantee detection of recombinant proteins, as they may have different sequences or tertiary structures to the native protein. |
Descripción
Testis specific protein Y-linked 10 (TSPY10) is another member of the TSPY gene family that shares similarities with TSPY1 and is also involved in testis-specific functions, particularly in male fertility and spermatogenesis TSPY10 is expressed predominantly in testicular tissue, where it is thought to play a role in the regulation of germ cell differentiation and maintenance of spermatogonial stem cells TSPY10’s function, while still under investigation, is believed to be involved in regulating the progression of spermatogenesis and maintaining male fertility Dysregulation of TSPY10 expression has been linked to testicular disorders, including infertility and testicular cancer, where overexpression or abnormal regulation of TSPY10 may contribute to the development of germ cell tumors or other reproductive system pathologies TSPY10, like other TSPY family members, may also interact with chromatin and transcriptional regulators, influencing gene expression and cellular processes related to male reproductive health
