Reconstitute in 0.1 M Acetate Buffer, pH 4.0, to make a stock solution of 0.5 mg/ml. Ensure to let the lyophilised pellet dissolve completely. For conversion into higher pH value, dilute in a relevant buffer to a concentration of 10μg/ml. Please note in higher concentrations the solubility of the PLA2G2A antigen is limited.
Please note the product is not sterile. Use an appropriate sterile filter before use in cell culture.
