Form | Lyophilized To keep the original salt concentration, we recommend reconstituting to the original concentration prior to lyophilization (see Concentration) in ddH2O. If a lower concentration is required, dilute in PBS, pH 7.4. If a higher concentration is required, the product can be reconstituted directly in PBS, pH 7.4, though please note that this will change the overall salt concentration. The stock concentration should be between 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. Do not vortex. |
Tested Applications | WB, SDS-PAGE |
Buffer | Prior to lyophilization: PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.01% Sarcosyl, 1 mM DTT, 5% Trehalose and Proclin-300. |

Descripción
Nucleoporin 37 (NUP37) is another important nucleoporin that contributes to the structure and function of the nuclear pore complex NUP37 interacts with other nucleoporins to form the central channel of the nuclear pore, allowing for the selective exchange of macromolecules between the nucleus and cytoplasm It plays a role in RNA processing and transport, ensuring that RNA molecules are correctly exported from the nucleus to the cytoplasm for protein synthesis NUP37 is also involved in the regulation of cell cycle progression and transcriptional control, as its function in nuclear-cytoplasmic transport affects gene expression and cellular responses to external stimuli Defects in NUP37 have been associated with various disorders, including certain types of cancer and neurodevelopmental diseases, where impaired nuclear pore function disrupts cellular homeostasis and protein synthesis
