| Note | THIS PRODUCT IS FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY. NOT FOR USE IN DIAGNOSTIC OR THERAPEUTIC PROCEDURES. The range and sensitivity is subject to change. Please contact us for the latest product information. For accurate results, sample concentrations must be diluted to mid-range of the kit. If you require a specific range, please contact us in advance or write your request in your order comments. Please note that our kits are optimised for detection of native samples, rather than recombinant proteins. We are unable to guarantee detection of recombinant proteins, as they may have different sequences or tertiary structures to the native protein. The stability of the kit is determined by the rate of activity loss. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. To minimize performance fluctuations, operation procedures and lab conditions should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same user throughout. |
Descripción
Nuclear receptor subfamily 2 group E member 1 (NR2E1), also known as TLX, is a nuclear receptor that plays a critical role in regulating the development and function of the central nervous system NR2E1 is primarily expressed in the brain, where it controls the differentiation, proliferation, and maintenance of neural stem cells It regulates neurogenesis during development and also helps maintain neural stem cells in the adult brain, allowing for plasticity and repair after injury NR2E1 modulates the expression of genes involved in the maintenance of neural stem cell populations and the formation of new neurons Its role in neurodevelopment and brain function is essential for cognitive processes and memory formation Dysregulation of NR2E1 has been linked to neurodegenerative diseases and brain tumors, where it may contribute to tumorigenesis by disrupting the regulation of neural cell differentiation and survival In addition, NR2E1 has been implicated in the regulation of circadian rhythms and synaptic plasticity, making it a potential target for therapies aimed at treating neurological and psychiatric disorders
