Form | Lyophilized To keep the original salt concentration, we recommend reconstituting to the original concentration prior to lyophilization (see Concentration) in ddH2O. If a lower concentration is required, dilute in PBS, pH 7.4. If a higher concentration is required, the product can be reconstituted directly in PBS, pH 7.4, though please note that this will change the overall salt concentration. The stock concentration should be between 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. Do not vortex. |

Descripción
Killer Cell Immunoglobulin-Like Receptor 3DL3 (KIR3DL3), another member of the KIR family, is expressed primarily on NK cells and a subset of T cells, contributing to the modulation of innate and adaptive immune responses. While less well-characterized than other KIR family members, KIR3DL3 is thought to provide inhibitory signals upon binding to its ligands, which include specific HLA class I molecules. Its expression and function are tightly regulated, and genetic studies suggest a role in immune system variability, with potential implications in transplantation immunology and disease susceptibility. Emerging research is exploring the relevance of KIR3DL3 in the context of immune evasion by tumors and infectious agents, emphasizing its potential as a target for enhancing immune responses in therapeutic settings.
