Description
Gliomedin (GLDN) plays a role in the formation of the nodes of Ranvier along myelinated axons. Probable NRCAM and NFASC/neurofascin ligand which may provide a glial positional clue required for the proper molecular assembly of the nodes of Ranvier (By similarity).
