Background
Fc Receptor Like 6 (FCRL6) is primarily found on cytotoxic T cells, natural killer cells, and a subset of B cells. Its expression is associated with immune regulation and cytotoxic activity. Unlike other FCRL members, FCRL6 interacts with major histocompatibility complex class II (MHC-II) molecules, suggesting a specialized role in immune surveillance and response.
