DAB Horseradish Peroxidase Chromogenic Kit

Description

1. By means of Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP), this DAB Chromogenic Kit can be used for color development in Immunohistochemistry, In situ hybridization, Western, Southern, Northern, EMSA. 2. DAB ( 3, 3 N-Diaminobenzidine Tertrahydrochloride), is the common substrate of HRP. Catalyzed by HRP, DAB can produce the brown precipitate insoluble in water and ethanol. Thus, after DAB color development, end user can use ethanol soluble dye to do the successor staining. 3. This kit can be used for color development of HRP combined cells or tissues in Immunohistochemistry or In situ hybridization, HRP conjugated membrane in Western blot, and endogenic HRP of cells and tissues. 4. In Immunohistochemistry or In situ hybridization, this kit can detect about 100 sections (0.2 ml per section).
