Description
BamHI is expressed and purified from E.coli that carries the recombinant BamHI gene. The reaction is conducted for 5-10 minutes at 37 °C, and heta-inactivated at 80 °Cfor 20 minutes. This enzyme is not sensitive to dam, dcm or mammalian CpG methylation.
