Descripción
Arylacetamide deacetylase like 3 (AADACL3) is a member of the serine hydrolase enzyme family involved in lipid metabolism, particularly in the hydrolysis of ester-containing lipids and other substrates. AADACL3 is thought to play a role in the remodeling of lipids within metabolic tissues, including the liver and adipose tissue, as well as in certain epithelial cells. Its activity has been associated with pathways that regulate lipid storage and mobilization, contributing to cellular energy balance and membrane lipid composition.
