Descripción
ANKRD49 is a member of the ankyrin repeat protein family, characterized by its repeat domains that mediate protein-protein interactions in various biological processes. ANKRD49 is thought to play a role in nuclear functions, including chromatin organization and transcriptional regulation. It interacts with nuclear proteins and may regulate gene expression patterns that control cell growth, differentiation, and stress responses.
