Descripción
ANAPC1 is a core subunit of the Anaphase-Promoting Complex/Cyclosome (APC/C), a large E3 ubiquitin ligase complex that regulates the progression of the cell cycle. ANAPC1 serves as a structural scaffold that supports the assembly and stability of the APC/C complex. The APC/C targets key cell cycle regulators such as cyclin B and securin for ubiquitin-mediated proteasomal degradation, ensuring the timely transition from metaphase to anaphase and promoting exit from mitosis. ANAPC1 is essential for maintaining chromosomal stability and proper segregation of sister chromatids during mitosis. Mutations or dysregulation of ANAPC1 have been linked to genomic instability, aneuploidy, and the development of cancers. Studies also suggest that defects in ANAPC1 can contribute to neurodevelopmental disorders and tissue-specific growth abnormalities due to impaired cell cycle regulation. Its central role in cell division highlights ANAPC1 as a potential therapeutic target for cancer and proliferative diseases.

Anaphase-Promoting Complex Subunit 1 (ANAPC1) Antibody
ANAPC1 Antibody is a Rabbit Polyclonal antibody against ANAPC1. This gene encodes a subunit of the anaphase-promoting complex. This complex is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that regulates progression through the metaphase to anaphase portion of the cell cycle by ubiquitinating proteins which targets them for degradation.
