Background
ADGRF5, known as GPR114, is predominantly expressed in immune cells such as eosinophils and mast cells. It is thought to regulate immune responses, particularly in allergic conditions. ADGRF5 mediates cell adhesion and signaling in immune surveillance and inflammatory pathways.
