5-Hydroxytryptamine Receptor 7 (HTR7) Antibody

Background

HTR7 is a serotonin receptor belonging to the G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) family that activates adenylate cyclase upon binding to serotonin (5-HT), leading to increased cAMP production. It is widely expressed in the central nervous system, including the thalamus, hypothalamus, hippocampus, and the spinal cord, where it regulates critical functions such as mood, circadian rhythms, sleep, and thermoregulation.
