Background

YWHAG is a key adaptor protein that regulates cellular signaling by interacting with phosphorylated proteins, stabilizing complexes, and controlling their subcellular localization. YWHAG is highly expressed in neuronal tissues and plays essential roles in synaptic plasticity, neurogenesis, and axonal growth.
