Sutimlimab is a monoclonal antibody biosimilar expressed in CHO cells, targeting C1S, Sutimlimab is an anti-C1s antibody. Studies have shown that it can significantly increase hemoglobin levels in patients with primary cold agglutinin disease. Cold agglutinin disease (CAD) is a type of acquired autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA). In cold environments, cold parts of the body will have clinical symptoms related to red blood cell aggregation (for example, the Internet Plaque or cyanosis) and hemolytic anemia.
