Streptavidin Antibody
Streptavidin Antibody is a Mouse monoclonal antibody for the detection of Streptavidin. This antibody can be used to amplify signals in ELISA, WB, IHC and flow cytometry by creating large complexes with multiple reporter enzymes via the high-affinity biotin-streptavidin interaction. It can localize streptavidin within a sample, enhance signals when applied to an Avidin-Biotin Complex (ABC) system, followed by an anti-mouse antibody conjugate addition and act as an effective reagent in immunoadsorption procedures of streptavidin-biotinylated protein complexes.
