Descripción
SEMA3G (Semaphorin 3G) is involved in vascular integrity, immune response modulation, and neural pathfinding. It predominantly signals through plexin receptors, influencing endothelial cell behavior and maintaining vascular barrier function. SEMA3G contributes to axonal guidance during neural development and has emerging roles in immune cell trafficking, where it modulates the migration and localization of lymphocytes.
