Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19) Spike Glycoprotein, D614G Variant is a full-length recombinant protein expressed in HEK293 cells. It contains the foldon trimerization motif, mutated Furin recognition site and 2 stabilising mutations (K986P and V987P), based on/modified from Amanat et al, 2020.
