Background
ROR1 (Receptor Tyrosine Kinase-Like Orphan Receptor 1) is a member of the receptor tyrosine kinase family, playing a pivotal role in embryonic development and cellular signaling. While minimally expressed in normal adult tissues, ROR1 is highly expressed in various cancers, including chronic lymphocytic leukemia and breast cancer, where it contributes to tumor progression, survival, and metastasis.
