Mitochondrial transporter that imports/exports pyrimidine nucleotides into and from mitochondria(PubMed:25320081). Transports preferentially uracil, thymine, and cytosine(deoxy)nucleoside di-and triphosphates by an antiport mechanism(PubMed:25320081).
