Mouse Nogo Receptor Protein is a recombinant protein from Mouse produced in HEK293 Cells. A DNA sequence encoding the the mature form of mouse RTN4R (NP_075358.1) (Met 1-Ser 447) was fused with the polyhistidine-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
