FormLyophilized To keep the original salt concentration, we recommend reconstituting to the original concentration prior to lyophilization (see Concentration) in ddH2O. If a lower concentration is required, dilute in PBS, pH 7.4. If a higher concentration is required, the product can be reconstituted directly in PBS, pH 7.4, though please note that this will change the overall salt concentration. The stock concentration should be between 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. Do not vortex.

Descripción

ROR1 (Receptor Tyrosine Kinase-Like Orphan Receptor 1) is a member of the receptor tyrosine kinase family, playing a pivotal role in embryonic development and cellular signaling. While minimally expressed in normal adult tissues, ROR1 is highly expressed in various cancers, including chronic lymphocytic leukemia and breast cancer, where it contributes to tumor progression, survival, and metastasis. This makes ROR1 a promising therapeutic target in oncology. The receptor participates in Wnt5a-mediated non-canonical Wnt signaling pathways, which regulate cell migration and cytoskeletal dynamics, critical processes during development and pathological states such as cancer. Its restricted expression pattern in normal tissues highlights its potential for targeted cancer therapies.

Receptor Tyrosine Kinase Like Orphan Receptor 1 (ROR1) Antibody

ROR1 Antibody is a Rabbit Polyclonal antibody against ROR1. This gene encodes a receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor that modulates neurite growth in the central nervous system. The encoded protein is a glycosylated type I membrane protein that belongs to the ROR subfamily of cell surface receptors. It is a pseudokinase that lacks catalytic activity and may interact with the non-canonical Wnt signalling pathway. This gene is highly expressed during early embryonic development but expressed at very low levels in adult tissues. Increased expression of this gene is associated with B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukaemia. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
