Background

TNFRSF13C, also known as the B-cell activating factor receptor (BAFF-R), is a critical receptor involved in the regulation of B cell survival and maturation within the immune system. Dysfunction in TNFRSF13C signaling has been implicated in immune-related disorders, including autoimmune diseases and immunodeficiencies.
