Descripción
ANKRD33 is a protein containing multiple ankyrin repeat domains, which facilitate protein-protein interactions in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, transcriptional regulation, and cellular scaffolding. ANKRD33 is believed to play roles in nuclear regulation, particularly in modulating chromatin organization and transcription factor activity. While its precise biological functions remain under investigation, it has been suggested that ANKRD33 may contribute to cell cycle regulation and DNA damage repair pathways.
